To ensure a constant rate components are stream fed from an elevator into a vibratorary bowl hopper for orientation and controlled 6 lane feed to the escapement head of the machine.
The escapement head delivers components vertically into a rotary index disc which transports components into the gauge head. Controlled spring pressure rods present the components to full form condition acceptance gauges.
Pass condition components exit the machine and Fail condition are segregated into an integrated collection area.
