The NEW "Bench top" Vision Part Identification Gauge is the latest addition to Trac's range of Orthopaedic inspection systems.
Designed specifically for Orthopaedic manufacturers who need to ensure that the ‘Right' component is shipped to the customer pre and post the clean room this small vision inspection gauge gives critical information to the operator.
The Gauge can accommodate such components as Stems, Femoral Knees, Complete Hip Resurfacing Products, Metal and Poly Trays and Inserts and much more.
To operate, simply select the relevant component type from the menu or by the barcode reader with associated batch card and the powerful Windows software will prompt you to load the component.
Due to the system being Vision this means that the component in no-way becomes damaged prior to final shipment to the customer.
Trac's GaugeXplorer, state of the art Windows Software ensures the operator is presented with detailed measurement or pass/fail information to identify immediate areas of concern.
Our powerful on screen reporting gives information on the component in typically 0.7seconds....
On screen displays quickly alert operators to areas of concern, so immediate measures can be taken to failsafe the wrong component being shipped the end user......
