The Z313 Series is available as a conveyor loaded (Automatic) version or fully Line Fed (In-line) version. Both systems can be specified with TRAC's optional LSM / ISG recognition camera module for "colour spray dot" identification, ensuring SPC data output is "tagged" with the relevant traceability for effective remedial actions.
Throughput speed is typically 3 cans per minute, using our unique "static fill, rate and extract" philosophy.
In turn, the ability to inspect Can body diameters from 202 - 211 and 15cl to 56.8cl sizes without Change Parts is a standard feature. Ideal for Swing lines and plants producing two or body diameters on multiple lines.
Filling the can accurately, and without agitation has traditionally been a key problem for Can-makers. Using our "Posi-fill" metered filling system, with CNC flow control... each can size is configured with an appropriate fill speed and fill quantity to ensure "No" short fills or false "mA" readings near the brim of the can.
In-cycle "conductivity" monitoring ensures the electrolyte solution is fit for purpose, and prompts the operator when a change is required. Software "Indicators" also warn of low solution level and prompt the operator to refill before the critical level is reached.
