TESA VISIO 200
The Manual Visio 200 features a solid mechanical construction incorporating a large size granite base as well as state of the art components.
TESA VISIO 300
The manual is ergonomically and compactly designed and provides a measuring volume of 300mm x 200mm x 150mm that meets the needs of most enterprises working in the field of vision. This multi-purpose system is the perfect tool for optical measurement. It is offered with a choice of software either the TESA VISTA measurement software which is very easy to learn and use or the powerful PC-DMIS Vision software which allows fast and easy inspection of small components
TESA VISIO 300DCC Multisensor
This automatic version can either be used purely for non contact measurement or can be enhanced by adding a tactile probing system and autochanger rack to the video based model. The users can combine optical and tactile three axis measurement and take advantage of these two complimentary techniques.
NEW TESA VISIO 500
Two version of this machine are available, The 500 Value and the 500 Universal.
The measuring volume offered is 400mm x 500mm x up to 300mm in XY & Z.
The Value machine is very versatile and can be equipped with a CCD camera, tactile probing coupled with a PC based video camera. The quick change from contact to non contact measurement and vice versa, plus the capability to use as much functionality as possible make this machine a sound investment.
TESA-SCAN
Automated measuring centres for round parts using vision technology
The TESA-SCAN is available in five models.
Each system enables accurate measurement of turned parts, whether static or dynamic. Part profile analysis requires only a few seconds. Even data points not readily accessible and therefore difficult to measure by conventional methods, can be inspected with complete confidence. The measured results can be stored for further statistical data processing. The concept is exceptional in that it allows many thread types to be measured ie; worm threads, ball screws and thread bone screws. The possible slewing of the main axis (Up to 30 Degrees) makes it possible for the operator to view the entire part feature being checked.
Once the measurement sequence is programmed, the system calculates each desired geometric feature such as length, diameter, angles also run out, concentricity and circularity on round parts.
