Preventative Maintenance

Trac Measurement Systems offer Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) to all of our customers and for all of our products. Each Agreement will be tailored to your needs both in terms of the tasks that will be performed and the frequency of visits to your site. 

Each agreement will have the ability to cover one or all the following tasks:-

• Preventative Maintenance
• Equipment Breakdown Cover
• Computer and Software Upgrades
• Remote Access Support
• Equipment and Master Calibration
• Spare Part audits and supply
• Training
• Gauge Validation
• R & R studies

Preventative Maintenance Agreements can run for 1 to 3 years.  Customers with Preventative Maintenance Agreements will also benefit from a reduced call out labour rate and an out of hours telephone support line number.
