CMM Reference Artifact

Trac Measurement Systems offer the EasiCheck. A CMM Reference artifact that enables the user to perform interim verification checks on any CMM inbetween annual calibrations.

The unit comes complete with the following precision features:

• 1 off - 50mm Parallel Length Bar 1 off - 400mm Parallel
• Length Bar/1 off - 50mm Internal Ring Gauge / 1 off - Ø30 Ceramic Sphere
• All the above items are supplied with UKAS accredited Calibration Certificates

The key features are as follows:

• Length Bars can be rotated in two 45° increments without additional bracketry
• Length Bar Holders can be moved incrementally, to improve scope of equipment
• Other Length Bars can be added to suit machine capacity
• Results automatically updated into an analysis package
• High Quality Finish, with Storm case and User Guide

Easi-Check can be used on a range of CMM's to carry out regular tests, so the local confidence of the measurement results are maintained at a high level.

Programming and Training:

• Delivery and Installation of EASI-CHECK
• CMM programs written in PC-DMIS, Geopak, Open-Dmis and more, covering the main gauge elements of EASI-CHECK
• Installation of "Open Office", free software for result storage and data analysis
• Training to understand the results and any subsequent actions are required to be taken
• On-site support
